we welcome you at Hanoi airport, transfer to hotel/resort, help you to check in. Yoga master come so say hello and first introduction about yoga retreat. Day 2: Yoga retreat and tour in Hanoi 


5 A.M meet yoga master at your hotel, move to yoga center or hotel space for yoga practise. Make sure you are in suitable costumes for yoga practise. listen to yoga master introduce yoga and its positive effects. Start moving to make muscles, skeletal muscles soft and flexible before practicing yoga movements. Be quiet, focus your mind and strength, listen to the yoga master and practise movements slowly, depending on the body of each person, so it is not necessary to do all the movements. It is important that you focus your mind on each yoga movement.
Yoga retreat class last maximum 60 minutes.
At the end of the class, relax your body, sit in a meditative posture or whatever position you find most comfortable, close your eyes, let your mind be in a state of infinity, take slow, deep breaths. Relax for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then back to your room, take a warm bath before breakfast
Visiting some quite temples, pagodas, even churchs and others famous places of the city in right time avoid noisy and crowded.


Day 3: Hanoi Halong bay Yoga in overnight cruise


You get up at 5 A.M to start the second day yoga class under guide of yoga master
Take your breakfast, check out hotel and go to Halong bay. We arrive at Halong bay at noon, check in hotel, relax and enjoy your lunch con board with selected foods
Afternoon, we follow the cruise itinarery visiting on Halong bay. Dinner on the cruise. Before sleep we have 30 minutes of meditation under the guidance of yoga master. Lets sleep well


Day 4: Halong bay Hanoi Yoga in the botanical park


Yoga retreat class start at 5:30 in the morning at cruise sundesk under fist sunlight of the day full, of energy.
Go down to your room, take warm bath before breakfast and continue to visit Ha Long Bay as scheduled. 10:30 we check out the cruise, enjoy brunch before returning to the wharf, go back to Hanoi, check in the hotel, rest a bit and then move to the botanical park to practice meditation and yoga. Go to dinner with clean and light foods good for the purification of the body. Come back to hotel for relax.


Day 5: Yoga retreat Hanoi Airport fr flight home

 


Today is the last yoga retreat class. You also get up some early. Attend the class, breakfast and free till check out hotel go to airport for flight home.

Day 3: Yoga retreat in Sapa Fansipan peak

We enjoy early light breakfast then move by van to Fansipan moutain, we arrange roundtrip cable car tickets for you. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the northwest mountains from the cable car. After 20 minutes we have reached an altitude of nearly 3000m above sea level. Continue to board Do Quyen train to reach the top of Fansipan (3143m). We will choose a quiet place away from the crowds to start the yoga practice on the top of the sacred mountain Fansipan. A majestic landscape between heaven and earth, people seem to be one with nature, so it is interesting to practice yoga here. Lunch and dinner include under advised foods good for body.

Day 4: Minorities villages visiting and yoga practise

Today we will combine visiting the ethnic village and practicing yoga. We have a light breakfast at the hotel, start trekking to discover 2 famous ethnic villages in Sapa. Lao Chai and Ta Van. We go through 2 copies and stop at a flat place to start yoga class under the guidance of yoga master. A fresh, quiet atmosphere amidst the majestic mountains will make our bodies rejuvenated and full of life. We have lunch with a picnic before leaving Sapa to return to Hanoi. Check in hotel, have dinner and go shopping in Hanoi Old Quarter, Back to the hotel.

Day 5: Yoga in botanical garden go to airport for flight home

Move to the botanical park in early morning to practice meditation and yoga then back to hotel for breakfast, free atleisure till time for check out and going to airport for light home.

 Hoi An yoga and retreat tour

Day 1: Da Nang arrivals meet yoga master

Welcome you at Da Nang airport, transfer tou to hotel/resort for check in. You meet your yoga master at the hotel and first introduction about yoga retreat. Enjoy dinner with special foods which you chose before under advise of yoga master. Lets sleep earlier than normal.

Day 2: Da Nang Hue former capital and yoga

Yoga master will guide you to practise yoga in early morning at your hotel/ places suitable for yoga class. The yoga class last 60 minutes then you enjoy breakfast before drive 2 hours to Hue-former capital of Vietnam under the Nguyen dynasty. we have lunch at local restaurent with special foods carefully chose with advice of yoga master. We have full afternoon visit Hue citadel with famous relics: Citadel, Thai Hoa Palace, and other works. Continue to move to Thien Mu Pagoda, a famous large and beautiful pagoda with a history of 3 hundred years. Get off the boat and go sightseeing along the romantic Perfume River and Truong Tien bridge. Overnight in Hue

Day 3: Hue Hoi An yoga and old town visiting.

Before breafast we have another yoga class, then check out hotel and move to Hoi An, arrive Hoi An at noon, check in hotel  and go out  for lunch. Afternoon we stroll around very nice and full culture and history of Hoi An with stops at: Japanese Cover bridge, Quang Dong meeting hall, 400-year old of Tan Ki. There are several interesting things to see in Hoi An old town. Dinner at nice local restaurant then back to hotel for free at leisure. 

Day 4: Hoi An early yoga class Da Nang departure

Before going back to Dang for flight home you have morning yoga class, breakfast anf free shopping. ( Hoi An is heaven of silk tailor with very good price).

 

Ho Chi Minh- Nha Trang yoga and retreat tour

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh arrivals- meeting with yoga master

Welcome you at Tan San Nhat airport, transfer tou to hotel/resort for check in. You meet your yoga master at the hotel and first introduction about yoga retreat. Enjoy dinner with special foods which you chose before under advise of yoga master. Lets sleep earlier than normal.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh-Nha Trang yoga class - beach relax

Today, you have early yoga class then breakfast before goin to airport to take 45 nimute flight to beach city of Nha Trang, arrive Nha Trang, first go to hotel for check in, then go for lunch. Full afternoon you relax on Nha Trang beach- one of the best in the world. Dinner and wandering around Nha Trang city by night.

Day 3: Nha Trang city tour with-island visit -yoga on island beach


 

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then take speed boat to Hon Tam and Hon Tre isolate islands, forfect place for diving and yoga class on beach. We have lunch with sea foods or other foods you want to eat.

Day 4: Nha Trang-Ho Chi Minh- city tour

You get up early for joing yoga class, breakfast then free till take flight back to Ho Chi Minh. Arrive the city we go to hotel for check in, dinner at nice restaurant and discover Ho Chi Minh city by night.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong delta- yoga tour in countryside- Ho Chi Minh

We have full day discover Mekong delta, take boat to visit this low land with many fruit gardents. We choose one nice open place for practise yoga and reteat with meditation.

Day 6:  Departure

We have last yoga class in the morning, free at leisure or go shopping before going to airport for flight home.
