DAY 1 Arrival Lang Prabang

DAY 2 Luang Prabang City Tour – Pak Ou Caves

We first visit the Traditional Art and Ethnology Center to understand about Laos’ ethnic cultures. Afterwards, we visit Wat Xiengthong - the most beautiful temple in Luang Prabang with many mosaic decorated. After that we embark on the a leisure cruise upstream on the Mekong River, the trip will give you a stunning nice view of the countryside, then reach up the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, there are two caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues and various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we go up to see village named Ban Xanghai to enrich how local people make rice wine. We continue to see Royal Palace Museum, famous for artifacts.

DAY 3 Luang Prabang – Elephant Village – Kuang Si Waterfalls

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel then we yo to elephant village. The camp manager will brief shortly about the village then try ride elephant on the Howdah for 30 minute, after that we take boat trip to the nearby jungle. Drive to Kuang Si Falls about 30 kilometers south of Luang Prabang to see nice waterfalls. Of cause you can have swim in the pools and walk round the falls. another must-visit - tourist spot is Kuang Si Falls Butterfly Park, opened from 014. On the way back to Luang Prabang there are many small villages we can stop to visit some of them and stop at Wat Siphouthabath to enjoy the sunset.
