SAPA : TREKKING 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS HOMESTAY

Sapa is not only attractive to visitors with terraced fields of ripe rice color or quaint villages around the Northwest mountains, it is also an ideal destination for those who love to explore, especially while trekking. If this is your first time experiencing Sapa Trekking, please refer to the detailed instructions below!

Day 1:  Y linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa

Day 2: Mường Hoa Valley – Giang Ta Chai – swimming Waterfal – Sử Pán (B, L, D)

Day 3: Ban Ho – Nậm Toong – Sapa – Hanoi (B, L)

DAY 1:Option 1:  Ylinh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (L, D)

Hanoi to Sapa travelling by train or bus will start at 22:00 pm and arrive to Saps at 5:00 am (next day), you could stay and sleep in the bus until 6:00 am before a tourguide pick you up and a tourguide will pick you up transfer to a restaurant for refreshment (breakfast by your own expense).

The bus/ train will start at 7am and arrive to Sapa at 1pm (the same day).

9h00: Trekking 12km down to Muong Hoa Valley. (It is the most beautiful Valley in Sapa where the Local Hill Tribes live and work on the Rice Field Terraces) – Trekking downhill through Ylinh Ho and Lao Chai Villages on a small trail for 3,5hours to a steep mountainside where the terraced rice paddies of an ethnic minority group. You will learn about the unique customs of black H’mong people.
12h30: Having a Picnic Lunch ny Muong Hoa stream after lunch, we will continue Trekking along a small terrace of Rice Paddies with H’Mong People to Tavan Village, a village of the Dzay Tribes.
17h00: We will pick vegetables from a garden and learm how to cook Vietnamese food for dinner.
19h00: Enjoy your dinner with Owner Homestay, overnight Mường Hoa Valley.

Option 2:  Cát Cát – Sin Chai – or Hàm Rồng (L, D)

Hanoi to Sapa travelling by train or bus will start at 22:00 pm and arrive to sapa at 5:00 am (next day), you could stay and sleep in the bus until 6:00 am before a tourguide pick you up and a tourguide will pick you up transfer to a restaurant for refreshment (breakfast by your own expense).

Option 3: The bus/ train will start at 7am and arrive to Sapa at 1pm (the same day)

9h00: Start a 2km trek to Cat Cat Village of Black H’Mong tribe. On the way, you have a chance to visit Sapa market to see 3 ethnic minority groups selling or exchanging their products with each other such as vegies, weaving brocades, handicrafts, embroideries or traditional clothes…. After that you can walk down to the villages to see a beautiful waterfall and a power plant built by the French during colonial time in 1925.
12h00: Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river or have lunch with local family on the way to Sin Chai Village. Then next 3km to Sin Chai, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”.
19h00: Enjoy your dinner with Owner Homestay, and stay overnight at Muong Hoa Valley.

DAY 2:Mường Hoa Valley – Giang Ta Chai – swimming Waterfal – Sử Pán (B, L, D

7h00: Have Breakfast with Dzay family.
8h00: Start a 18km trek down to valley Muong hoa and visit other untouched villages (Giang Ta Chai Village of Red Dao, Seo Trung Ho Village of H’Mong) to learn about the unique customs of minority people. Here you swimming in the stream, and swimming Waterfall.
12h00: You have lunch, and then trekking. Get off the road to go down hill Ban Ho village overnight homestay Ban Ho or choose overnight homestay Muong Hoa Valley.

DAY 3: Ban Ho – Nậm Toong – Sapa – Hanoi (B, L)

7h00: You have breakfast, then you continue the Trekking to pass by the river to visit Ban Ho Village, home of the Tay hill tribe minority people. Trekking from Ban Ho to Nam Toong, Giang Ta Chai Village, you will have a chance to meet the black H’mong and the Red Dzao tribes, who live in Su Pan Village.
12h30: Have lunch on the way after lunch, continue Trekking 2km to bus station you come back Sapa. Free time to walk around Sapa Town. You will by bus back to Hanoi the end tour.
