Perhaps, that is also the reason why Tran Nhan Tong chose this place to practice and took the name "Truc forest", ie Truc Lam, to name the Zen lineage he founded.

Yen Tu Festival is a pilgrimage festival in spring, starting from January 10 every year and lasting for 3 months in spring.

Bi Thuong Pagoda

The ancient Bi Thuong Pagoda was built in the Late Le Dynasty, on the surface of the Nhat-shaped architecture, which has been restored and embellished many times in history. During the resistance war against the French, the pagoda was completely destroyed. In 1993, the pagoda was rebuilt on the Dinh-shaped architectural background, facing southwest, with a concrete frame system, brick walls, and western tiled roof. The forecourt consists of three compartments, two wings connecting with three harem compartments. Two rows of left and right vu, 9 compartments on each side, simple architecture, worshiping the Eight Arhats. The ancestral house at the back of the main pagoda is built on the ground in the shape of the letter Nhat, consisting of five compartments, roofed with tiled noses, two gable gables, trusses in the style of gong racks stacked with two children.

Suoi Tam pagoda

Built at the foot of the mountain, close to the banks of the Bath stream, the architectural layout is in the form of Dinh, including three pavilions, two wings of worship and a harem, roof tiled with comedy nose, with knife heads at the four corners of the roof. Rolling clouds and dragons, decorated with dragons on the roof. The architecture of the ancestral house is arranged on the rectangular ground, consisting of three compartments and two wings, roofed with tiled nose and four roofs. The two rows of Ta Vu and Huu Vu have roof tiles on each side, and the blades at the four corners of the roof are decorated with twisted rattan patterns.

Cam Thuc Temple

Located on the left side of the road to Yen Tu. The old pagoda was built in the Tran Dynasty, the layout of the architectural floor plan is in the style of Nhat, including 6 compartments, now only the foundation remains. Based on the remaining vestiges, the (new) pagoda was rebuilt in 1993, including the following items: main pagoda, model house and auxiliary works. The main pagoda has an architectural layout of Dinh typeface, including three compartments, two wings, and roof tiles. The Model House has an architectural layout of the Nhat type, consisting of three compartments, a back wall, and a tiled roof.

Lan Pagoda

The ancient Lan Pagoda was built during the Tran Dynasty. This was originally a large temple, with massive works but was destroyed over time, now only a few traces remain on the ground. In 2002, Lan Pagoda (Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Monastery) was rebuilt, including the main hall, the ancestral house, the drum floor, the bell tower, the three entrances, the display house, the guest house, the monk's house, the nun's house. ... The main hall was built in a square block, stacked with matches on two floors and eight roofs, roofed with slate tiles. The ancestral house is behind the main hall, higher than the main hall.

Giai Oan Temple

The old Giai Oan pagoda was built in the Tran Dynasty. Through time and ups and downs of history, the pagoda has been seriously degraded. In 1994, the meritorious people rebuilt the pagoda, including the main pagoda, the mother house, the ancestral house, the ritual house, the kitchen and some other works. The main pagoda is built on the architectural background of Dinh script, including three compartments, two front porches and one harem. Hon Ngoc tower cluster

Hon Ngoc tower cluster is located on a fairly wide and flat mound, consisting of three stone towers and one brick tower. The stone towers are made of rice stone, one floor, because the stone slabs are mortised together. The tower pedestal is made in the middle, jerked to the sides. One side of the tower has an arched door, inside there are incense bowls and tablets. The roof of the tower races out compared to the tower body, four curved roof fringes. Hoa Yen Temple

Hoa Yen Pagoda was built in the Ly Dynasty and embellished many times in history. The pagoda is located in the middle of the mountain, facing southwest, including the main pagoda, ancestral house, ta vu, Huu vu, guest house, nun house, kitchen and some other auxiliary works. The main pagoda has an architectural background of Cong type, truss structure, according to the form of gongs stacked on top of gongs and lower beams. The ancestral house has an architectural plan of Nhat type, including three compartments, two wings, roof tiled with double nose. The two rows of left and right have the same architecture, in the form of two floors and eight roofs. The guest house consists of a compartment, two wings, a back wall, a roof with tiled nose.

Am Meditating

Ancient Am Thien Dinh was originally a special ancient tower in Yen Tu, standing alone, behind Hoa Yen pagoda. The tower is built of red brick with blue glaze, the surface is embossed with many patterns and strange animal faces. Am Zen Meditation now only leaves traces of the old foundation.

One Roof Temple

One Mai Pagoda is nestled on the side of a high mountain. Half of the pagoda is hidden deep in a mountain cave, the other half is exposed to the outside and has only one roof. Bao Sai Temple

Van Tieu Temple

Van Tieu Pagoda is located on the mountainside. On both sides of the pagoda, there are two high mountain ranges, forming a throne that surrounds the pagoda. To the right of the temple there is a stream. The main architectural items of the pagoda include: main pagoda, burning incense, monk house, kitchen and some other auxiliary works. The main pagoda has an architectural plan of Dinh type, including three compartments and two wings.

Dong Pagoda

Dong Pagoda is located on the highest peak of Yen Tu mountain, cast from copper material. The architectural plan of the pagoda is in the form of the letter Nhat, solid structure, placed on a copper cave, kneeling, fish stomach. The shape of the pagoda is like a blooming lotus, sitting on a field. The pagoda is facing southwest, with an area of ​​​​about 20m2, the height from the ground to the roof is 3.35m. The pagoda is made into a square block with four roofs, roofed with tiled noses, the roof bank and the bank are not decorated, the two ends of the roof and the four heads of the sword are in the shape of a dragon.

The special historical - cultural values of the relic have made Yen Tu a sacred place in the spiritual life of Vietnamese people. To affirm the special value of the relic, the Prime Minister decided to rank Yen Tu historical and scenic relic as a special national relic (Decision No. September 2012).
