Detailed Itinarary
Meet your guide and start your amazing Yangon day tour with a stroll through the downtown Yangon.
We visit Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda famous for Buddha image with 65 meters long and 16 meters high, then move to the 2000-year-old Sule Pagoda. According to the country’s legend, the pagoda was constructed 2600 years ago during the time life of the Buddha. After that we take a short break and enjoy Shan noodle in a local restaurant before afternoon tour.
Continue is local market - Bogyoke (Scotts), the largest bazaar in Yangon where you will find an array of food, clothes, handicrafts, and gems stores. (Note: the market is closed on Mondays and gazette holiday).
National Museum to see collection of the finest Burmese art, history, and culture especially the 8-meter high Golden Lion Throne. We finish the Yangon day tour with a visit to the most highlight of the city Shwedagon Pagoda – one of the world’s most interesting pagodas and a traditional show
